Natural language processing of spatially crowdsourced data in petroleum revenue management

Abstract It has been over a decade of petroleum revenue utilisation in Ghana. Yet, there is dearth research on Ghanaians’ sentiments management However, indicates that investigating citizens’ and addressing their grievances could prevent conflicts promote better natural resource-rich countries. So, this study investigated about its contribution to the Free Senior High School (SHS) programme Ghana through an online survey. The employed quantitative approach which data was gathered survey questionnaire analysed using language processing techniques. results show participants had negative SHS they trust managers anticipate future. recommends government should consult broadly with all stakeholders regarding avoid potential conflicts. article concludes can combine spatial crowdsourcing extract opinions at specific locations for management.
